Climate change – how you can help

Climate change is widely recognised as the greatest environmental threat to our planet but, by making small changes in the way we live from day to day, we can make a difference.

What we can do

There’s plenty we can do:

  • Recycling waste instead of throwing it away
  • Using public transport instead of cars.
  • Buying local goods rather than those carried over long distances.
  • Switching off unnecessary lights.
  • Putting on a sweater and turning down the heat.
  • Walk to the shop instead of driving.

Do one of those things. Then do another. Then do some more.  At home and at work.
